Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CryptoNode's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CryptoNode provides lead generation and digital advertising services across multiple channels including social media, search advertising, and display advertising. Our services are designed to connect businesses with qualified prospects through targeted advertising campaigns.

3. Lead Generation Services

3.1 Service Delivery

We provide qualified leads based on criteria agreed upon during the initial consultation. Lead pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Advertising Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Display Advertising Leads: $60 per qualified lead

3.2 Lead Qualification

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who meets the specific criteria established during our initial consultation, including but not limited to demographics, company size, budget parameters, and demonstrated interest in your products or services.

3.3 Lead Quality Guarantee

If a delivered lead does not meet the predefined qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost, subject to verification of the qualification mismatch.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Information Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their business, target audience, and lead qualification criteria.

4.2 Lead Follow-up

Clients are responsible for timely follow-up with provided leads. CryptoNode is not responsible for conversion rates or sales outcomes.

4.3 Compliance

Clients must ensure their business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

Clients are billed monthly for qualified leads delivered during the billing period. No setup fees or monthly minimums apply.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided only for leads that demonstrably fail to meet agreed qualification criteria, subject to our quality guarantee policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, methodologies, and processes used by CryptoNode remain our intellectual property. Clients receive no rights to our technology or processes beyond the scope of services provided.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to lead data, business strategies, and technical processes.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Lead data is handled securely and shared only with the contracting client.

9. Limitation of Liability

CryptoNode's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services at any time with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination.

11.2 Termination by CryptoNode

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or if client's business practices conflict with our policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

CryptoNode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between CryptoNode and the client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
